[kde-freebsd] qt4-moc update fails to build

After changing the above referenced line qt4-moc rebuilt flawlessly, as 
did the remainder of qt4.
I don't know if I can contribute in any meaningful way to the analysis 
of the hows & why's regarding this anomalous behavior, but I am grateful 
for the workaround.
