  Added files:
    multimedia/kdemultimedia3/files
                                    patch-kioslave_audiocd_plugins_lame-encoderlame.cpp
                                    patch-kscd_libwm_include-wm_config.h
  Log:
endian.h vs. sys/endian.h I can understand, but AFAIK Linux defines BYTE_ORDER
and LITTLE_ENDIAN just fine, why use __BYTE_ORDER and __LITTLE_ENDIAN?
While here, add a missing #include <osreldate> to libwm for warnings--.
