[kde-freebsd] reinitializing KDE?

	When I exec'd X11 for some reason dcopserver and knotify got 
	fouled up.  Not my audio apps don't work.  Is there a way of
	reinitializing this stuff without going back to the bginning?

	Or: how do I get the aRts service restarted?
