[kde-freebsd] can't get ksayit or kttsmgr talking...

I've been trying for some time now to get ksayit working on my new
FBSD server,  and no joy.  I just finished installing the festival and
festvox ports.  Still, nothing.  I'm running OSS but that's about all I
can tell you.   Do I need to set the vchan stuff, maybe?

I like konquorer with the text-to-speech appp built in, but nothing works
so far.  Any help will be much appreciated!
