[kde-freebsd] New port: deskutils/kxdocker crashes

Hello.

I have seen this port in ports/93726 (a MacOS X-like Docker for KDE),
and I updated and cleaned it up, in addition of creating the ports for
the remaining plug-ins.

The PR says it crashes in 7-CURRENT but works on 6.0. In my 6.2 it
crashes when moving the icons, and also some plug-ins make it crash
when starting.

If someone has time, please take a look.
