Indeed, the current plist for kopete installs the headers into
{PREFIX}/include/kopete. What's the correct way to reference these -- that
is, how would you specify ${LOCALBASE} in Makefiles? Would it be proper
(would it even work) to replace all the references to ../../libkopete with
this in the individual Makefile.am for each plugin/protocol?
