[kde-freebsd] Icons gone after KDE Update

thanks for the hints! Tried them (in order, w/o KDE up and running ;-))
but that didn't solve the Problem :-( I didn't have an
"applications.menu" File, only the kde-applications.menu. After running
thru the steps I also moved away my ~/.kde. No solution.
