[kde-freebsd] after kdelibs|base upgrade https access does not work

after the recent upgrade I can not access https any more

the message I get in konqueror is

An error occurred while loading https://site_url:
The process for the https://site_url protocol died unexpectedly.

confirming, it is any https site

all ports are updated
nothing wrong at os level since Firefox does it right
