Hello Jean-Pierre. Thanks for opening this report.
I am in charge of the translation of Dolphin. So I had checked the file without
finding something as you reported.
There are regular updates of Plasma with the associated language package.
I suggest letting your report open, waiting for an updated version with its
language package.
For your information, we are very few in the KDE-Fr translation team, for
managing a huge volume of files to translate and in a continuous way.
If you and your friends appreciate KDE plasma, you are welcome for contributing
to KDE translation (Applications, documentation, Internet sites).
