Bonjour,

Je relance un peu le sujet

- Arrêté ou non lancé
- Arrêté ou non démarré
- Non en fonction -> pas très clair je trouve
- Non opérationnel, Hors service, Non fonctionnel -> laisse penser qu'il y a eu
un problème / une erreur, alors que l'utilisateur peut avoir simplement quitté
l'application
