Thanks for this remark on translation consistency. 
In fact, I fixed this point in the file
plasma-workspace/kded_devicenotifications.po, a bit too quickly.
In fact, in this module, the choice was made to use "débranché" rather than
"déconnecté". 
So, I modified my correction "Un périphérique USB a été déconnecté" by "Un
périphérique USB a été débranché" to be consistent with the others strings
related to device removal notifications.
File modified accordingly and commited.
