STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on a file in Dolphin
2. Open Permissions tab

OBSERVED RESULT
"Exécuter : Autoriser l'exécution du fichier un programme"

EXPECTED RESULT
(translation of) "Execute: Allow executing file as program"
