[i18n] [Bug 428385] Some parts are not still translated in French in Kde plasma 5.20.x

I found others elements who are not translated in French in the system settings
window.

- configure icon sizes -> Desktop, Toolbar, Main Toolbar, small icons, Pane,
Dialogs

- Screen lock -> Title said screen locking 

- Autostart -> The button said +Add

- Systemd -> The elements in the tabs are in English

- Keyboard -> advanced -> key to choose the 2nd level

Otherwise, it is good.
