Hi,
the translation means the opposite, the "not" has been forgotten :

plasma_applet_org.kde.plasma.battery.po

msgstr "Votre ordinateur portable est configuré pour se mettre en veille
lorsque vous rabattez l'écran et qu'un écran externe est branché."
