KDE Frameworks with failing CI (master) (7 September 2026)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise I will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.


good news: 1 repo fixed


bad news: 2 repo keep failing


kconfigwidgets - LAST WEEK BEFORE REMOVAL
 * https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kconfigwidgets/-/pipelines/1338395
  * khamburgermenutest fails in Qt 6.12


kservice - LAST WEEK BEFORE REMOVAL
 * https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kservice/-/pipelines/1338434
  * kmimeassociationstest fails in linux
   * dfaure sent a link to a MR last week but doesn't seem to fully fix it, 
not sure I understand what's going on.
