KDE Frameworks with failing CI (master) (18 October 2026)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise I will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

Good news: 3 repo fixed

Bad news: 4 still failing

kdoctools - 2nd week

  * FreeBSD kdoctools_install times out.
  * Linux now also times out (first week)
