please set a new release of oxygen icons for the next framework 6.27

If  Jonathan was around he would sort this out, he was my go to guy to make 
this sort of things. We had it on slow burner for some years and would publish 
new versions to fix bugs every now and then. in 6 series I'm pretty sure we 
made 2 releases at 
Given the current momentum on the project, i believe reinstating it as a 
normal part of frameworks is the best action, lots  more work coming up in the 
next year or so.

If you guys believe something different is required please let me know, I just 
do the icons have no idea how any of this works. Any help is more than 
welcome, in fact I'm asking for it....
