oxygen icons

Hey guys can we please reinstate oxygen icons?
I'm still maintaining it, still get bug reports about them and still fix them. 
just finish a bunch of new icons to make the symbolic icons working. 


P.S.  if you were going to removed them you could have asked-me if i was still 
working or maintaining them.
