please set a new release of oxygen icons for the next framework 6.27

Hello,

Maybe the solution for the large package size issue could be to not 
package the source files (i.e the 'scalable' folder).

The source files are not needed on the users' systems, they are useful 
only for development purposes.

Arch packages it this way and the package ends up being around 32 MB: 
https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/oxygen-icons/
