KDE Frameworks with failing CI (master) (11 January 2026)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise I will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

Bad news: 1 keeps failing

kcalendarcore - LAST WEEK BEFORE REMOVAL
 * https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kcalendarcore/-/pipelines/1131193
  * Tests fail because of tzdata2025c
   * I read on Matrix that there is a MR on its way
