KDE Frameworks with failing CI (master) (21 September 2025)

I've triggered a seed job which will act as a temporary fix for the above
two.

Fixing them properly is a much more complicated issue as it looks like KIO
is triggering Qt bugs that only happen on musl, the C runtime used by
Alpine.
If anyone has experience with musl,
