Frameworks Qt minimum requirement

Hi,

currently our policy is 

> KDE Frameworks are tested and working with the last 3 minor Qt releases. For instance, once Qt 6.8 was released, the minimum required Qt version changed from Qt 6.5 to Qt 6.6, i.e. the three supported Qt versions became 6.6, 6.7 and 6.8. 

We chose this so we at least cover one of the (to us not available) LTS releases. It seems Qt is switching to every 4th release being LTS instead of every third.
Does that change anything for us or keep the current policy?
