The epubextractortest failed locally for me on a non-UTC Linux system as 
well and I came up with 
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kfilemetadata/-/merge_requests/159 some 
time ago. I just rebased and it fixes the test on windows. I'm not entirely 
sure about my approach, though.
