KDE Frameworks with failing CI (master) (26 January 2025)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise I will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

Good news: All repositories are passing

P.S: KConfig+Qt 6.9 is disabled for tests requiring until
https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-133206
gets fixed
