KDE Frameworks with failing CI (master) (10 August 2025)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise I will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

Good news: 1 repository was fixed

Bad news: 1 repository is still failing

kcalendarcore - LAST WEEK BEFORE REMOVAL
 * https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kcalendarcore/-/pipelines/1013904
  * Lots of tests fail on Windows
   * See Ben's comment on July 28 report
