KDE Frameworks with failing CI (master) (3 August 2025)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise I will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

Good news: 2 repositories were fixed

Bad news: 2 repositories ae still failing

kcalendarcore - 2nd week

  * Lots of tests fail on Windows
