Numerous build regressions

Hi all,

Over the past 48 hours a series of changes have been merged which have
broken the builds of several downstream Frameworks.

Given that the Frameworks that have broken have themselves not changed, it
appears that the originating changes are Source Incompatible (SIC) and
therefore should be reverted.

These failures appear to be due to changes to the export header templates
in extra-cmake-modules, and some SSL related functions in KIO.

Can we please get this fixed?
