REVISION SUMMARY
  It's a trivial fix, but this syntax error poped up when I was doing another holiday change on KHolidays.
  
  According to Early May Bank Holiday in the United Kingdom <https://www.timeanddate.com/holidays/uk/early-may-bank-holiday>, this is a public holiday, so I'm marking this `public`.
