Dropping the moderation by default flag

So i was going to do it, but I've just realized that I can't, I only have the moderator password, not the owner password.

Please owner[s], can you disable this?

I *think* it's the "By default, should new list member postings be moderated?" in "Privacy options..." -> "Sender filters".
