REVISION SUMMARY
  Slashes aren't allowed in scope names, so when a full executable path is launched, e.g. ´/usr/bin/foo` it would fail to be scoped.
  It's kinda wrong, too, but better than not scoping it at all.

TEST PLAN
  In D29226 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D29226> I now have my session restored apps in scopes, though they're naturally not the same ones as when I have a desktop entry associated with the launch job
