REVISION SUMMARY
  This changes the code for the PhraseAndIterator in the
  same way as done for the AndPostingIterator in D28843 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D28843>.
  
  The only difference is the additional
  checkIfPositionsMatch in the break criterion
