D21721: Bring KNewStuffQuick to feature parity with KNewStuff(Widgets)

  Address comments by Kai Uwe and David
  
  - Use QQmlParserStatus to ensure we don't do unnecessary work
  - Get rid of all the extraneous data entries (also a couple of other bits)
