REVISION SUMMARY
  **Markdown:**
  
  - Fix Markdown code in fenced code blocks.
  - Allow escapes within reference links.
  
  **TypeScript:**
  
  - Fix: don't highlight operator `?` (ex: `identifier?: string`) as a conditional expression.
  
  **Logcat:**
  
  - Restore style: turn off attributes in itemData's.
