D24793: [Konqueror] Remove KonqView::setActiveComponent()

REVISION SUMMARY
  It's mostly redundant since KF5 port; the remaining bit
  m_activityResourceInstance->notifyFocusedIn() call can be moved to
  KonqView::eventFilter().

TEST PLAN
  It compiles, koqueror still loads.
