Hmm, PlasmaWindowInterface::setVirtualDesktop is wrapped in KWAYLANDSERVER_ENABLE_DEPRECATED_SINCE in the header file.

Is there a reason not to use KWAYLANDSERVER_BUILD_DEPRECATED_SINCE here?
