REVISION SUMMARY
  I copied them into Konqueror (the only user), after adding
  namespacing there to avoid clashing with KBookmarks.

TEST PLAN
  Builds with and without -DEXCLUDE_DEPRECATED_BEFORE_AND_AT=5.64.0
