REVISION SUMMARY
  Enables the library to provide its own plugin, instead of having to refer
  to the single plugin from KDesignerPlugin module, which pulls in
  dependencies to all other covered KDE Frameworks modules.
  
  Icon files copied over from kdesignerplugin.
