CI for prison: missing dependency

libqrencode is actually built and installed, but the unresolved $WORKSPACE and 
$HOME in the install path looks suspicious, I'm not seeing that in other 
builds:
"-- Installing: INSTALL_ROOT=$WORKSPACE/install-divert/home/user/workspace/
Frameworks/prison/kf5-qt5 AndroidQt5.11/build/libqrencode/$HOME/install-
prefix/include/qrencode.h"

Maybe that's the problem? CMake wouldn't pick up dependencies in that location 
then I guess.
