D18649: [GridViewKCM] improve contrast and legibility for delegates' inline hover buttons

  To me, having the buttons slightly escape the bounds of the thumbnail looks good with light buttons, but dark buttons look good when contained completely within the thumbnail. I can't quite put my finger on why it feels this way to me.
