Setting bug report address in KPlugin json data?

That's a job for KAboutData, but the question is how to set one for a plugin;
AFAICS this notion only exists one level higher, for some types of plugins
(KParts, KCMs...).

Where do you see this? Help / About is the app-wide aboutdata, so I guess 
you're talking about somewhere else. Take it from there and check if it 
supports getting a different aboutData than the app one.
