REVISION SUMMARY
  The EWMH spec doesn't have the _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_COMBOBOX atom. Instead,
  it has _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_COMBO.
  
  In addition to that, Qt sets _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_COMBO on combo box popups.
