REVISION SUMMARY
  We've got C++11 and can turn KMainWindow::kRestoreMainWindows into a variadic template to support more than 3 different toplevel widgets. Gives also minor code deduplication.

TEST PLAN
  Compile and execute kmainwindowrestoretest.
