D16489: [KFileMetaData] Add extractor for generic XML and SVG

  Reorder mimetype check to use SVG(+XML) special case if applicable and use
  generic implementation for all other mimetypes inheriting from
  application/xml.
  Use static QStringList for mimetypes.
