REVISION SUMMARY
  the paths for rcc plasmoids are always in the form
  :/plasma/plasmoids/pluginname/
  when setPath is called with a full path, strip out everything
  but the last org.kde.*

TEST PLAN
  doubleclick/dnd on widget explorer works again
