D11112: Hide KUrlNavigatorProtocolCombo if there is just one protocol supported

REVISION SUMMARY
  There's no point in showing a drop down selection for exactly one protocol.

  - Verified that it shows up when all protocols are allowed
  - Verified that it doesn't show up when there is just file protocol (e.g. just "file") allowed
