D11111: Only show supported schemes in KUrlNavigatorProtocolCombo

TEST PLAN
  Cleared address bar, clicked the protocol selector.
  Before I would get all protocols regardless of whether I could actually navigate to them, now only supported ones are listed.
  In `getopenfilename` I only get "file" now, but `getopenurl` is unaffected and can still access and navigate to all protocols
