REVISION SUMMARY
  - new keywords, attributes and standard macros
  - hexadecimal floatting point (c++17)
  - highlight UDL (standard and user)
  - fix some syntax error (`operator""_x`, `#elif 0`, ...)
  - highlight the content of #define to the color of c++
