REVISION SUMMARY
    - added -f|--format option
  - implemented formatters 'simple', 'json', 'multiline' (=current output)

TEST PLAN
  $ balooctl status -h
  $ balooctl status /existing/path/* /not/existing/path [--format xxx]
  JSON well-formed check:
  $ balooctl status /existing/path/* /not/existing/path -f json | jq '.'
