REVISION SUMMARY
  This will have the ConfigModule use the same engine as we do, ensuring we use the correct QtQuick Controls style.

TEST PLAN
  Plasma-pa plasmoid settings use correct QtQuick Controls style now (used Plasma style, now using desktop style again)
