duplicate icon in breeze-icons

Hi,

Yes the problem is still there, at least in "icons-dark".

`ctest` says:
"
  The following files are duplicates but not links:
    - breeze-icons/icons-dark/actions/24/gnumeric-pagesetup-hf-cell.svg
    - breeze-icons/icons-dark/actions/24/gnumeric-formulaguru.svg
"
